- Start at the Rathaus Herdwangen car park
- left - Dorfstraße - turn into the Lindenstraße
- continue to the end of the village where the cycle path to Großschönach begins.
Alternative starting point: Oberer Wald woodland car park (with barbecue area)
How to find the woodland car park: at the end of Herdwangen
Towards Großschönach: at the start of the forest - left - hiking car park with barbecue area, from there direct cycle/rollerblading route to Großschönach.
