| Online questionnaire for customer satisfaction |
Since the satisfaction of our guests is our major concern, we are undertaking a customer survey in our region.
The results are used to ensure and increase the quality of the touristic offers in the region of Lake Constance and the Linzgau. Based on your opinions and experiences, we will derive several action and implement them in practice.
Participation in the survey is voluntary and takes about 10 minutes.
